Molly studied Communications and Psychology at Villanova University and has spent more than two decades as a strategist across the advertising, media, and tech industries, including roles at NBC News and Meta. This deep, hands-on experience—rooted in her studies of psychology and shaped by years inside the tech and media industries—grounds her novel’s exploration of how technology can exploit and reshape what it means to be human by delving into the strange orbit between empathy and psychopathy, and the powerful circuitry of human consciousness.

Her work has been featured in The New York Times, and she’s been honored to be a recipient of the Cannes Lions award. She’s studied creative writing with Myla Goldberg and Joelle Hann, and is a proud member of The Writer’s Collective in Ojai, California—a vibrant community of authors and filmmakers.

Currently based in upstate New York, Molly serves on the board of Planned Parenthood. The Circuitry We Share is her debut novel.
